Are you open all year?

Yes. However, we are only open for Tax Season from January 5th until May 31st. JXXP will process tax returns for individuals who have submitted an extension or individuals who missed the tax deadline by appointments only after May 31st. Use the ""Chat Button".

How can I retrieve a fax sent to JXXP?

Be sure to have the sender complete a cover page with your contact information listed. We will notify you of your incoming fax. Per your request a business specialist will email your document at no cost. Fees apply for mailed or in-person delivery.

Do I have to make a payment before I receive my tax refund?

In most cases no. However, there are circumstances where a payment is required upfront. A specialist will advise if upfront payments are required.

When should I expect my federal refund?

(For Direct Deposit) 
Refunds are generally issued within 21 days of when you electronically filed your tax return or longer if you filed a paper return. (Refunds will be delayed for refunds on hold for audits or reviews)

Refunds should be issued in about six to eight weeks from the date IRS receives your return. (Refunds will be delayed for refunds on hold for audits or reviews)
